Viral TikTok creator Pinkydoll is getting candid about her health with followers.

Throughout the end of November and the month of December, the Canadian creator from Montreal was notably absent from posting her regular content on her TikTok.

However, on Dec. 29, Pinkydoll, whose real name is Fedha Sinon, posted a video to her account delivering a sombering update on her health. In the post, signed by “Pinkydoll management,” a carousel of pictures of Sinon being loaded into an ambulance and in the hospital is visible.

The caption of the video revealed that Sinon had been admitted to a hospital in Orlando while on a family vacation as a “precautionary measure.”

The caption went on to reveal that Sinon had “experienced a high fever and symptoms related to a kidney episode, including migraines, nausea, lightheadedness, and back pain” and was “receiving medical care and is being closely monitored by professionals.”

In a post two days later on Dec. 31, the creator returned, sharing that her health was “finally moving in the right direction.” She also revealed that the scare with her kidneys had been her fifth time experiencing an episode like that.

“The doctors were very clear: if I want more time, I have to change my habits now,” she wrote, going on to explain that she was committed to choosing herself. She said she would be going vegetarian, as well as committing to exercise and “letting go of alcohol and junk food.”

She also shared that one day she may be in need of a kidney transplant, but was doing everything in her power to protect herself from that outcome.

On Jan. 3, Sinon sat down in front of her camera to address fans directly and deliver another update on her health.

“I’m not doing this to scare no one,” she said. “I’m doing this because it’s real. I’ve been dealing with kidney episode. Doctors say my kidneys, they barely work.”

As she went on, she described the “hurt” of watching her young son witness her pain.

“I wish I didn’t pick up bad habits so young,” she said in her video. “I have to help my family and make all these bad choices that affect me today. But wishing doesn’t change the damage today.”

Sinon, who has 2 million followers on TikTok and over 300,000 on Instagram, went as far as to say that she would give up “anything,” including “the fame, the money, the lifestyle just to get my health back.”

“When you feeling young, feeling healthy, you think you’re untouchable,” she continued. “But everything you’re doing today don’t wait 20 years to affect you. Sometimes they come fast and sometimes they come brutal. Drug, alcohol, careless living. It don’t seem so dangerous when you’re young until one day you sit up on a hospital bed praying for a second chance.”

Sinon went on to reiterate that the prospect of needing a kidney transplant in the future “terrified” her. However, she hoped that her story could exist to help people prioritize their health in the future.

“Make better [choices]. Take care of yourself. [Make] good [choices] while you still can,” she said.

“Take me as a warning. Do better. Cause you don’t want to learn this lesson the hard way like I did.”

On TikTok, Sinon is known for embodying the characteristics of an NPC. She went viral for repeating certain phrases — especially, “Ice cream, so good” — and performs on livestreams, where she reacts to viewers’ requests. She also frequently makes content where she can be seen eating large amounts of junk food and talking to her screen.

After starting her TikTok at the beginning of 2023, she noticed that her viewers would comment that she looked like an NPC. Though she originally didn’t know the term, the viral influencer started watching others play video games like Grand Theft Auto, where she observed what the NPCs were doing, she told The New York Times.

She explained that her content started to take off when she hosted livestreams, during which users could send her “gifts” by reacting with emoticons like an ice cream cone or dinosaur. Each gift resulted in a payment.
