Gossip Girl actress Michel Tratchenberg died of natural causes and may have suffered complications after a liver transplant, police sources say ABC News.
The 39-year-old star was found dead by her mother in an apartment in New York City near Columbus Circle on Wednesday shortly after 8am local time.
