Eight-year-old Easton Snyder took off his shirt in front of the media, revealing a large scar on his chest. “I have a borrowed heart,” he said of the heart transplant he underwent when he was one year old.

That afternoon, Snyder knew his wish would come true, and it was Tipton who took Malibu to his backyard. Malibu was now his horse.
“Is that Malibu?” Snyder asked when he first saw the horse. As he approached, he noticed Tipton and hugged her tightly.
Snyder's mother, Ashley Trosclair, watched the incident unfold with a smile. She remembers the first time he asked for a horse, and how she responded with doubt, “I don't know, that's a really big wish.”
She also recalled Snyder's response: “It's okay, Mom, we just pray for it.”
“This is what he wanted more than anything in this world,” Trosclair said. “This was a very, very beautiful gift and we are forever grateful,” she continued.
