You will meet their professional care team and learn how to help people with kidney disease live and thrive in a more fulfilling, active life. The Open House is on Monday, 4pm to 6pm to 6pm, the former Wilmer Surgery Center Building, located south of the main clinic at Stert Street, Suite 202 Willmar and Centracare.
