Veteran Sports Radio Harry Teinowitz passed away after dealing with many health issues.
Teinowitz, who had recently undergone liver transplant, died at the age of 64.

Teinowitz was a former host of Mac, Jurko and Harry on ESPN 100 in Chicago.
He was part of the show from 2001 to 2009.
Teinowitz's death was reported Monday by the Chicago Sun-Times.
“Harry Teinowitz, part of the popular 'Mac, Jurko and Harry', died at the age of 64 on the ESPN 1000,” the publication wrote.
“Teinowitz had a liver transplant within the last two years and suffered from heart and liver problems.”
The Sun Times in Chicago added that Teinowitz was highly rated and was part of a show that “often dominated the afternoon.”
Agrest hosted the program along with Dan McNeil and John Jurkovic.
The publication also gave the audience a lot of entertainment, saying Agrest and McNeill “a polar opposite, which led to some on-air incidents.”
Fans paid tribute to the late Teinowitz on social media.
“Chicago legend. He should take a little rest,” he wrote.
“Yeah, I've heard him since I was a kid. He's been on Chicago Sports Radio for a long time. He's always funny. He's always funny. He's always energetic,” commented another.
“Sad news. Lip,” the third person said.
“One of the most interesting and lovely guys in the history of Thiago Sports Media. Rip Harry,” the fourth added.
After Radio Day, Tenowitz debuted his first Broadway-style play called Harry Met Rehabilitation.

The play was based on the experience of Teinowitz, who went through rehabilitation after the drunken driving arrest in 2011.
He called the play “a comedy that takes drinking seriously.”
Athletic John Greenberg commented on Teinowitz's death.
Reporters shared that Teinowitz's death was “suddenly” and that his funeral took place on Monday.
“This news was going around Chicago's sports media circle today,” Greenberg wrote. “It was very, very sad. It was sudden.
“His funeral is Monday.”
